REX-TECH is a Joint Venture (JV) of Best-of-Breed partners for CIO-SP4 ELB.

- Managing Partner: T-Rex Solutions, LLC (T-Rex) An emerging large business founded in 1999, provides mature Cloud and Enterprise IT, Cybersecurity and DevSecOps, Data Engineering and Analytics, and Agile development for Civilian and DoD to meet the Government IT Health needs. Through our innovate approach and strong program management, the 2020 Census was completed successfully and on time with an estimated $5.2 billion in savings compared to the cost of executing the 2010 design in 2020. As part of this $1.4B program, we coordinated with 30 system teams, 6 co-contractors, and 47 suppliers to assess, architect, secure, test, operate and maintain the 2020 Decennial Census.

HMS has contracts with several HHS Operating Divisions including CMS, ASPR, FDA, HRSA, and OASAM as well as 16 state health agencies.
